The multi was mine-Mike and Kathryn(-pretty close to Mark and Carol).  It was great to meet some new folks. NEVER ride a bicycle past a group of Duc enthusiasts.  Look forward to more meet ups.  A post track day event would be optimal.

That's a great idea!  Maybe Uncle Julio's again after the Oct Trackday.  I'll keep that in mind for those folks doing that track day [thumbsup]

My apologies!  I'm horrible with names.  At least I was kind of in the ballpark.  It'll take a few more visits for me to finally get it right.  [cheeky]

Ambition is a poor excuse for not having sense enough to be lazy.

How about hitting Jeff Nash up for a DMF private track day?

What gear did she pick up other than socks?
Sidi Vert. Air boots, another pair of gloves, riding jeans and a Kenny Roberts replica Arai rx7 corsair helmet, I think that's all.

Sure did  [thumbsup] I also bought some kevlar jeans, and some Dainese armor to wear under them.

[roll]  Mr. TTL - don't forget about "fringe benefits" - valuation inestimable !!  Full termi's will never rub your greater ( or lesser ) Trochanter unless something goes horribly, horribly, wrong !!

You're not gonna get a lot of sympathy from a Forum full of people with ( innocent ) crushes on BW !! Dude !  [laugh]

Thanks for the support, Cyclone.  I tried to get him some pants, but they didn't have the ones he wanted.  Also, that was two pairs of socks for TTL - btw, I rode there and could only buy what I could wear home of fit into backpack, including old helmet.  Thanks for all the help, Kevin, and thanks for going with, Slag.  All of the gear is awesome, but I can't say enough about the helmet.  The ride home was so different than what I am used to.  I didn't feel like I was getting whiplash everytime I checked to change lanes.  That helmet fits sooooo well, it didn't move at all, but it wasn't tight!  Wow!  [thumbsup] [moto]

I always thought I had a Shoei head until I got my Arai RX7. Love mine. Glad you got some good gear BW

I tried on several and that one just fit the best.  Then, when I rode home I really got it...........apparently the helmet isn't supposed to bounce around while riding.  It was so smooth.  I am still in shock!  Like the boots too, but that felt different bc I have been riding in those little pumas for a year.  Felt like I couldn't really feel the levers, but I know I will get used to it.  [thumbsup]

Yeah, the boots will take a bit to adjust to, but it's worth the protection [thumbsup]

I agree.  Once I get used to them I'm sure I'll wonder why I waited so long.
