This event is really cool.  Lots of exotic cages show up; Ferrari, Lotus, Maserati, GT40, Porsche, Jaguar etc.
I am doing DCTC Sat so I will not be able to be there but you organize to meet up before and arrive together to make a display of Ducati's.  Last time a handful of Jap bikes were there.
BTW, that location would not be a bad place to have our meetings if we can make do with Caribou.   Enclosed parking and lots of room.  Totally empty in the evenings.

I just got back from Cars and Coffee.  The event is no longer at Caribou but is now at AutoMotorPlex in Chanhasen.  This is a very cool event, everything from NSX's, Ferrari's, Porsche's, you name it.  Sadly I had the only Duc there.
