Well I was off to the Catskills this weekend.

Did not know what I wanted to bring.

The quad or the DRZ

I ended up packing the DRZ in the pickup to see what it was capable of.

Friday I left around noon with my gear packed and the DRZ in the back of the truck.

I got to the house around 2 or so.

Took all the gear out of the house and unloaded the bike.

I started her up made a left on 30 and headed to the woods. as i headed up the mountain I realized how much fun the bike really is. I spent the rest of the day do wheelies and hitting anything that would send me into the air.  ;D

On Saturday I headed back out. took a tour through town. and did some time on secondary roads. What a blast. I then went back up the mountain and met up with a few friends. I hung out for a while then was going to go back to the house to get some lunch. As I came out on the road. The back of the bike felt really weird and kicked out funny.

I looked down and saw I had a flat on the rear tire.

I limped the bike back to the house mad that riding was over for the weekend. Oh well! </shrugs it off>

Here is a shot of the bike on top of the mountain.

This one is on the lower loop of the property

That because the survivors flip them over to steal their sneakers and wallets.

I can't wait until Marquez gets on his level and makes Jorge trip on his tampon string.

I like to go hiking, sometimes with others and sometimes alone.  It's always in the back of my mind.  I recommend one of these, it's always made me feel at ease.

EPIRB is a great idea.

I did have other people with me, just not on bikes.

That would be a good thing to have no matter what you are doing.
