Weekend trip...

So  friend of mine and I took a little trip this weekend. No pics as we were way too busy riding to actually take pics. The route up on Friday was tedious but towards the end had some redeeming features and Sunday's ride home was a hoot as we had some detours that made it well worth while. But Saturday had me grinning ear to ear and retracing several sections of the route because they were so fun...


If you have never done MN Hwy 16 from US Hwy 52 to La Crescent or WI Hwy 33 from La Crosse to Hillsboro, you have no idea what you are missing. Also, the road that goes through Yellow River Forest State Park Painted Creek Unit in Iowa is mindbogglig great...
