This guy I knew had a sick 999 and had it impounded becuase he was also driving on suspended license.  up to 4K in fees.  So he sold the bike basically for nothing and some dude got a retarded deal on it.

Back to the original question...

Where is your friend trying to take the class?  I got into the ERC in Alameda pretty quickly, as did Brendan with the BRC, and Jackie got into the BRC class in Santa Rosa almost right away. I think if you just get out of the city it isn't such a long wait.

Thanks MM! Jose came to the Zeitgeist last Thursday and got some great advice from everyone that night.  I just told him to check out your post as well so I think he's getting himself sorted out.  And hopefully buying himself a Ducati!  ;D

I've been riding and driving with a suspended drivers license for quite sometime now.
The most the police can do is give you a ticket and tow your vehicle, you can always get in after 24hrs.

[roll]  Did that suspended license of yours have a motorcycle endorsement?  Could you not pass the test to get your M1 ?   [laugh]
