I've though of just welding an empty coffee can to the tailpipe on my Taurus ~

I was still in high school when the first FnF came out. My buddies and I welded a folgers coffee can to my mitsubishi (original roast FYI). Sadly, when I was in high school my welding skills weren't great, and it only lasted 2 days

The leaf blower turbocharger is my favorite

It does look pretty interesting.  I wonder how well it performs.  Put on some sort of remote control ECU to regulate the speed and match it with the engine. 

Im pretty sure there is some performance gain. 

Dont get me wrong. I think it is funny as hell but if I had a car to mess around with, It is an option I would consider.
