wraith

......... I like to eat ice cream and I really enjoy a nice pair of slacks. Years later, a doctor will tell me that I have an I.Q. of 48 and I am what some people call mentally retarded.

sorry, thought it was a joke! there was a sketch in MCN some time ago about what a Ducati would look like if you got half the 1098 engine and Desmosedici styling - thought this picture was from that.

Not sure the LAMS market is a place the marketing dept. of Ducati what to go? Remember they are after the premium market (and money) !

yeah, except I'm a banker so it's actually 549 + 549 + interest = 1198 !  ;D

mattyvas

Hmmmm, track bike.
Could be cheaper than trying to run an 848?

I have only just notice that it is a under engine exhaust system
unless it is single swing arm, otherwise  :'(

Yeah, it's that MCN photochop, the "other" half of a 696 tacked onto a 848/1098r combo. Top of rear tyre shows smudging where 696 cans removed.
Still, I would be interested in something like that.
