I'm still up in there weather I'll be riding or rolling up in a cage with either T or Cru, but I'm leaning towards riding just cause.

Anyone else? The more the merrier! There's nothing like stuffing your friend into the wall... well worth the black flag!!

I figure we all show up at 12 noon. For those that haven't been there before, you should show up a bit earlier so that you'll have time to register and watch the mandatory intro video. As CDawg mentioned, don't forget to bring your riding helmet. Not sure how many races you all wanna do but be warned... the races only last for about 15 laps and after the first 2 races you'll already be pretty tired. I'm by no means an expert as I only went one time and my arms were sore for 3 days afterward (we only did 4 races).

Afterwards we can go get some food. 

If I can reschedule my sunday's appt, I'm in.  Do you need a final head count before then ?

oh ok, thanks.  also, I'm a newbie to GPNY.  Would it be too temperature hot indoors (or too funny for that matter) if I show up and drive with full riding gear ?! (helmet, boots, gloves, jacket, pants) ... lol

Yeah it would.

You'll have to wear the suit that they provide for you (flame retardant), but definitely bring your helmet!

About how many races do you think the group should do ?  I just checked the GPNY promotion they're currenlty having 4 races for $80, the "arrive and drive" rate is normally $25 per race.  Are you folks members ?

GPNY is this Sunday!!.

For those that are leaving from the city, we're meeting up in Bklyn (here) for breakfast at 9am and if you want to make the journey, you're more than welcome to join us. I still may be riding up there, but I probably won't make my decision until the morning of.

Breakfast or not, the goal is for everyone to meet up at GPNY at 12 noon! Don't forget to bring your riding helmets!

Nope not registered... last time we were there we showed up at noon and apart from us, there were only a few people there. I don't think it'll be a problem...

I hate do it but I`m going to have to bail on this one. It`s the only day I can get my father to help me change my fron door before winter. I also have to get a lot of other house work done before a party next weekend at my house. Hopefully there will be another one. I can make it to.

well I just called, and there is an event from 12-2pm.  The receptionist told me the track will be open again at 2:30 if you want to show up then.... so.......?   


I think we're going to go do some maintenance on the SV's ....  I don't know what you guys want to do...
