crikeys... what the hell happens if somebody does go down... and that thing rolls over their legs... those tires are scary.

Don't go down.  [cheeky]

No... I get what you are saying... but I saw Semo on a vintage bike ... get ran over by another vintage bike... straight accross his body... and leave rubber marks across his chest.... and then he got up... got back on his bike... and road it into the pits.... followed by... hopping onto his 600cc for the very next race. I just do not think this would happen... with tires like that....  In fact those tires give me nightmares...

Happy thoughts.. must think happy thoughts... mmmm.... bacon....  [bacon]

Suppose to be 70 this Sat.  :o

Nothing too outrageous, but I will definitely be going for a ride this weekend. It's been a while since I've been up to FotM, so maybe my cousin and I will make a trip up north for some tasty wings  [thumbsup]

So if you see a silver/black s2r and a *COUGH*harleysportster*COUGH* give us a wave :)

We always waive... even if its a scooter going by.  [thumbsup]

I've heard that those spiked ice tires have more traction on the ice than race tires on asphalt.  I dunno if that's true, but that's what I've heard. [moto]

No. I'm a different type of idiot altogether.

Them spikey things don't go over far enough to get a good lean on though.

Didjoo watch those videos?

That's some pretty decent lean angle considering the surface they're on...  I mean, they're not over at 50-plus-degrees like MotoGP riders, but they're definitely not upright.
