My first Duc.......

Hey guys(and gals)......So I just purchased my first Ducati. ...A 2001 monster 750 dark. And I absolutely love it! This is my second bike overall, first was a gixxer. And although I do miss the super sport bike speedy feel a little bit, this truly is a beast of it's own. I love the throaty twin growl and nimble all around fun it evokes. And besides, I can always get another jap four banger to share the garage. And before anybody asks, the headlights are genuine Ducati Performance and are NOT for sale! The other mods are carbon fenders, rizoma mirrors, clip-ons, clear alternatives signals front and back, tail chop, badgeless termi cans, Ducati Performance steering damper, 14t front sprocket, and maybe a couple others I'm missing.......She's pushing hard on the odometer with 17k miles, but she is very well cared for and maintained which is all that matters........I'm excited to be here to learn more about the monster tradition and see all your bikes and hear all your stories!

HOLY CRAP! Thats me and my new bike in the video in that thread!.........What a small small world.......Well, it makes me feel happy that I must have found a great forum as I found a great bike from a great seller that was a member here himself........F'n hilarious to me.......And thank you for the warm welcome fellas...
