I know this is sort of a stupid question but I want to know before I try anything.  I love those 10 spoke rims off of the s4rs and i was wondering if they would fit my s2r 800?  If they do than don't be surprised to see a set of black ones on my bike [evil].  BTW I am on the lookout for a used set possibly trading my stock forks, front brakes and rims for them....

Damn those rims are so sexy ;D
This site is bad for me.....It makes me want to spend thousands of dollars that I do not have XD

He Man

They are super sexy! but they cost $$$ you could get some rims that arent OEM.
2006 Ducati S2R1100 Yea.... stunttin like my daddy CHROMED OUT 1100!!!!

I believe the answer to your question is yes, the wheels should fit.  And they are cool looking so go for it!
If it's got two wheels and a motor, I like it!

Yes, they will fit your bike - that being said:

1.) The front wheel has a different rotor bolt pattern (5 bolt, if memory serves) than the S4R and S2R1000.  I believe it is different than the S2R800, but do double check.  Bottom line is you will likely need the rotors off the S4RS or similar to fit.  I

2.) 848 or Hypermotard/HMS wheels will fit your bike too

They're definitely lighter than the stock wheels on your bike, plus you can sell the stockers for 600-700$ [moto]

more like 50. and to me.  No one else will buy them at that incredible price.

I'm pretty sure the offset on the 5-bolt rotors is different from what's on an S2R800.
Furthermore, the rotor diameter is definitely different, so you can't use the OEM 2-piston calipers that came on your S2R800.

Wow, because I didn't do any research or check eBay for completed prices when I was considering this mod  [roll]

Why don't you check eBay completed listings and let me know how that works out  [thumbsup]

The offset is in fact different.

Just as a heads up, according to Ducati parts Microfiche the S4RS has the 5-Bolt pattern, so you'll need to get rotors (and new calipers)

Good luck  [thumbsup]  [moto]
