the colour scheme is meant to be navy blue and yellow, the colour of our A league soccor team up here

Front & back racks on Al's scoot. The front apparently is very important for the Vespa as the front end is VERY light with the engine all the way at the back - the rack helps to keep the front wheel on the ground under ... um ... power.
