Thursaday night gathering - War of Worlds original broadcast

What will you be doing Thursday night?




Sirius Radio is presenting the original broadcast of "The War of the Worlds" by Orson Wells. The broadcast is going to be broadcast at the same time as the original was broadcast in 1938 at 7:00 pm central time. If anyone is interested in getting together somewhere and doing this it should prove to be great fun. All we need is a Sirius Radio setup or a computer with good sound. I can log onto my online account to listen or if someone has a portable setup will work too.

Who knows this time the 'otherworldlies' might just show up!

I do know that Muskrat has been trying to put together a Dallas Dinner night but this would be another good oportunity to get us all together in a central location if anyone is interested.

I would love to!!!  it snowed all last night!  no way in hell I'm getting LYD out.  But friday it is suppose to be 60's so I'm going to try to get out!
