At about 155 mph you are at the aerodynamic limits of the bike.  LA

Well .... kinda.  If it takes 130 RWHP to get you to 155 mph and you are at the limit of aero drag it would take considerable (not just 10 or 20) to go another 10 or 20 mph.

Lets say you have 130 RWHP, which you may with a termi kitted S4RS, if you put a full faring on the bike you may be able to reach say 170 mph or so, instead of 155.

I remember when I rode a VFR1000F honda back in 1984, Honda said for the bike to reach it's top speed of 155 without the front faring, which was not a full racing faring, it would have taken 11 more HP.

I know I sure could have used one as I was trying to keep up with a certain GSXR1000 on the straights last weekend. [moto]

I've been practicing for the day my path crosses w, one on my " R ."   Dolph
