+1 very cool.

I think it's more satisfying to put it together yourself vs (versus) buying on all ready to go.

Cool project bi-posto. I always wanted one of  those when I was younger. THe mag rags always gave them good reviews.

You mean there is a bike in that picture?

I like the colors and great work so far.

Once you get that thing full of fluids and the rest of the hardware bolted on should drop it to the ground nicely.  [moto]

Nice job so far too. [thumbsup]

She is complete! (I hope)  ;D

I haven't uploaded the pics yet but she's all back together and ready to roll. I need to come up with some cash to register and insure her, and then T is going to ride 'er around for a while to make sure the bugs are worked out.

Got my first drop out of the way too  [laugh]

Last Saturday I decided to shave the seat down, so I would shave a little, sit on the bike, shave a little, sit on the bike.

The foam under the cover was very rubbery and therefore kind of sticky.

Well...

I put the seat on to test it out, threw my right leg over... and got my crotch hung up on the foam! [laugh] She started to tip to the right and I kind of did this silly little dance on my right toe "oh shit oh shit oh shit oh shit..." - all the way to the ground [cheeky] I couldn't slide my butt over on the seat enough to put my foot all the way down because of above mentioned crotch troubles.

Didn't hurt the bike a bit. My freshly painted exhaust was spared, and the frame slider in front held the rest of it off the ground. T came running around the corner to see my bike on its side and me giggling like an idiot!

So for those of you who are curious.... the seat shave was a success and bought me a little more than a 1/2"  :) Still can't flat foot it, but it definitely helped.
