I'm really glad to be here because all of you, both members and moderators seems to be smart people. We have in Italy a "national" Ducati monster forum too called DMC, but it's made and frequented by persons who think they are motorcycle God.... and not rider who talk with other rider  ;)
I've got a Monster S4rs Tricolore, i'm also proudly member of Hoosier Hooligans Indiana Ducatisti!

Hi Alex

About the guard rails - FEMA, which now has a Norwegian president, is on the case I believe. In my country they have started putting up double rails, at least in the turns. A few years back our local NorwegianMotorCycleUnion NMCU, managed to stop the use of wire rails (used to divide traffic). They were called "egg slicers" - ouch :o

Hi man!
I know that in the northern Europe you are trying to find solutions for this problem and I'm really grateful for that. I had an accident, and if this kind of "egg slicers" were on my street, i'd be sliced too....
I also know that so much of this AMMUNITIONS" are still intalled on  every road... How much boy had to die before putting it outlaw?  [bang]
