Zach thinks that it is unacceptable for Will to suggest anything for an outing that he will not be attending. Zach thiks that third person is only appropriate for Bob Dole.

As he sat at his workstation imagining what the day would bring, Will pondered Dan's question to Tommy and wondered if he should answer it himself. Secretly though, he thought it best to leave it to Tommy to answer as his reply would surely be more entertaining than anything he could come up with himself.
