What is the advantage of changing to a dry slipper clutch vs. adding a slipper to the wet clutch?

IMHO it seems cool but its really a minor upgrade. You'd get way more performance out of a suspension upgrade for the same or less $.
That said, if I got one, I could finally stop carrying around this damn tambourine.  [cheeky]
