Saw this on the Morning news, this guy moved in at 250 Taylor Street, and he sees all kinds of badness going on after dark beatings etc.. So he puts a camera up that you can see whats happening live.

what a gyp ... the streaming video is a loop.  the same pedestrian keeps getting hit in the crosswalk, over and over again.  i want to see new pedestrians getting hit
