It's like I keep saying:  Those who would sacrifice a free range session for a giant beer, deserve neither free range time nor a giant beer.

i have had guys reach back and grab my crotch in an attempt to get around me. i'll either blow in their ear or ask them politely to let go of my wang.

In it's original form the CBR600 is a nice bit of kit [if that type of bike rings your bell] but the bike in the AD is a total wreck in my opinion. Whats with the extended swing arm? perhaps it's to make up for shortage in other depts, and as for picking up chicks if you need a badass bike, boy are you in trouble  [coffee]
BTW i do know about drag bikes but a CBR600 come on.

That just hurt to look at.  I wish I could buy it as a rescue (like a puppy).  Then nurse it back to health.

Put some meaty knobbies on that piece and lets go hill climbing. This isn't made to go around the twisties, it's made to go over them.... Oh don't forget the beered [drink] up buddies with the hook and rope in case you don't quite make it.

What if it was a Ducati in Drag?

Will this be OK since its for the Drag Strip?

I've seen a few in Eximport in Houston, and they should be illegal for the streets.

see, but that's the thing... it's built the make the beast with two backs up for racing. it could be a 'busa and I'd appreciate it for what they're going for.

Spent my 1st 22 years in Mo.:  graduated from Rolla, partied & hooliganed in Columbia and Springfield, grew up in St. Louis.  I have fond memories of hunting pheasant etc around Mexico, Mo. (flat), riding dirt bikes all over St. Genevieve county (not flat!), float trips on the Current and Black rivers, etc.

FTR, MO is a beautiful and excellent place and folks are genuinely decent.  One could do worse.

My folks and 2 bro's still live there.  Life & work took me away a long time ago.

I will say, though, that the skeeters there in the summer are the biggest friggin' blood-sucking bastards I've ever experienced anywhere!! [cheeky]

Where are you located, BTW?

Johnny

We really are threadjacking hardcore here....I'm from Joplin and Springfield. Partied a lot in KC, some in Columbia, some in St. Louis. The twisties in the Ozarks are some of the best roads in the country. I'm in Minneapolis now. i know two groups of riders that go down there every year.  [beer]

Exactly the 999 gets the pass because it is form following function, built for a purpose that does NOT involve parking lot pimpin

MendoDave

He said he has the stock stuff to put it back together.

BTW I always wanted to ride one of those hill climbers [thumbsup]

ProTeal55

Here in Chicago their are stretched swingarm bikes all over the place.
The best is when you see some kid on a brand new busa (temp tags and all) with a 14over swingarm on it (chrome of course) that cant even ride. [thumbsup]

Maybe the swingarm is for all the ladies you can pick up with such a fly ride?
