What can be said other than if we lived in Broward County his name should show up in the obits sooner rather than later.

What a piece of work.

He was charged as a sex offender this month also.

to me looks like he was charged back in 2001.  He probably recently moved and that's why there's a recent date.

not that it makes a difference.  Seems pretty unlikely that you'd receive kiddie porn in the mail not knowing what you were getting.

My fast lap is your sighting lap.

i thought that the court was the whole thing......then he wiped out in the parking lot. priceless.

Awesome.  I'd bang the shit outta that judge too.
I love this forum!  Other forums would be like " please watch your language, we want to be appropriate, courteous, and etc..."
Why don't I see those judges in real court, not just TV court.  Must be for ratings and a rare thing...

[thumbsup] I do her too, looking like a dancer! ;)

It's like I keep saying:  Those who would sacrifice a free range session for a giant beer, deserve neither free range time nor a giant beer.

i have had guys reach back and grab my crotch in an attempt to get around me. i'll either blow in their ear or ask them politely to let go of my wang.

I was wondering that myself...

I'm pretty sure the bit in the parking lot wasn't scripted. But yeah... I think a good bit of it was rehearsed. The look on his face in court was priceless.

Ducnial

At first his alias would have been Squidward Testicles but after watching the whole thing Dickhead Fu@#wad is a better description.  He's the kind of asshole when you wish there is a god and he's merciless.

In all sincerity what should one have done when his rear tire slid out like that?  Is there anyway to recover from that?

Gas it full throttle and do a 180.   [thumbsup]

The problem is not that the rear slid out.
The problem is while it was out he chopped the throttle shut (an instinctive reaction) and did a mini-highside.
If he had eased off the power but kept on it enough to keep the rear tire slipping (but NOT at WOT) and got it back in shape he probably would have been fine.
I do it all the time.

Get a dirtbike and play.
It will teach you that stuff in a safer place than the courthouse parkinglot.  [roll]

Or, he might have pulled in the clutch which is also an instinctive reaction.

True.  I think as little as he got it sidways pulling in the clutch shouldn't have caused the crash...
But then this guy doesn't look like a skilled rider.
When you pull in the clutch it is typical for the bike to snap back in line with the front tire.
The rear tire in the video looks like it went well past that.
Usually that is caused by back torque (compression braking) due to a chopped throttle...
but... we'll never know.

Doofus could have stood on the rear brake...
Surface/traction issues... Tire pressure?  Lots of stuff could go wrong.

The best thing out of this thread (besides a good laugh!) is that it makes us ask how's and why's
and think about other-than-normal riding situations.  [thumbsup]
Having a plan to fix a fishtail situation is a good thing.
