My bike just hit the magic number and has to go in for valves and belts. I can do both and have in the past but since this is injected and after I do valves I worry about them for a week I have decided to have it done for me.

I've read the dealer reviews on this and TOB and still have no idea which is a better shop. I'm in the Wilmington area so I'd prefer a shop in the RTP area. Any insight would be extremely welcome.

Take it to Barnett's, just make sure you specify that you want William to work on it.  That dude is a wizard.  He's the only one that I let work on my bikes and they always come back running better than ever.  He revived my Multistrada when it was having issues and he was the only dude that was ever able to make my 2003 749 run right with Termis.

If you end up bringing it up here, make sure to post and let us know when you're coming.

We'll see if we can get a group together for lunch or dinner or something.

It's always cool to meet other M-ROCers and put faces with names.   [thumbsup]

In addition, you're welcome to do the work in my garage.  I recently did my own valve adjustment and followed up by providing some assistance to Kent (2V bike).

Regardless, make sure to post up when you're coming, and we can get together the "usual suspects."

Oh, and AFAIK William is the only tech at Barnett's who works on Ducatis.
