Cracker consider him booked.....
Now go clean that bike of yours I think I saw shadows of dirt on the belly pan!  [cheeky] [cheeky]

Rob, as to a full face.
Totally depends on your budget and what fits. Mine is only new-ish, I was going for a Shark but it didn't fir my head.
Ended up back in an Arai again and got it on sale as it was last years stock. $799 normally $1150.
Go an see Wilson at MCAS City and he'll fit you into what ever fits your head and budget.

take care Rob and rest  :-*, as for Mostro and Vince they are all a bunch of girls

Thanks Jukie for the fine words.

After taking a large dose of cold tablets, finding my new rego label and cleaning the back tyre (chain Lube on left(DO NOT USE MOTUL CHAIN LUBE(SHIT!))) I caught up with Monster Mick for a COFFEE at Macarthur Square.  [thumbsup] [moto] [thumbsup] [moto] [coffee] [moto] [thumbsup] [moto]

Felt a little awkward on the bike being soo long since the last ride. [moto]

Glad you lot had a good day out. [thumbsup]

Good times. Good times.  [puke] [puke]

p.s. My GPS POIs and maps need updating. It's not the GPS's fault I am a lazy 'tard  :D

mattyvas

Lazy bastid!
But then I don't have a bike one and I hardly use my car jobie.

Might well look into some bike to bike communication for these outings.

Did anyone get Craig the Claudio Meyer CD?

He and Goldie went halvies.

Couldn't get a fricken tune out of my head on the way back ... very distracting, but thankfully gone now.

Gotta get a full face hellmet any recommendations?

I agree with Matty ... fit is most important - which generally means tight ... comfy but tight
Believe post content at your own risk.

 Rob.

I don't know how you could handle riding with an open face helmet. The amount of bugs i had on my visor was crazy!

Besides, my last stack saw me hit the pavement face first, massive gouges on the visor which was ripped off and front of helmet scuffed to bits. If i had worn an open face helmet, i wouldn't have a face  :o

My wife and i both have Arai Camo's. Nice, light helmet. I got both at Frasers Homebush (the helmet purchase is the only good experience i have had with them). $850 RRP and i got mine fro $650 and my wife's for $600. Bargain!  My older helmets have always been AGV. They are a good fit for my melon.

mattyvas

Exactly, it all depends upon your Melon.
I had 4 lined up when I was buying again.

Shark, AGV, Shoei and Arai. Also went from wearing a medium to a small because I had never been fitted properly before.
As I said go see Wilson tell him, Matty with the red S4Rs sent you in and you will be fixed up well.  [thumbsup]

I agree  open face helmets aren't the best not only bugs coped a few small stones  sitting to close to cars.
Its ok for just cruising down to the Beach. 8)
But a day out with with the Oz Monster Hooligans  [thumbsup] a differnet story
You need a good helmet at 160 clicks the open face just don't cut it LOL. ;D ;D ;D

Maybe should start a new helmet thread unless there is?
