It's still above freezing here, about 39. We're not supposed to get any snow til next week....

no power at home but I do have power at the office. 

the wood stove is very handy in times like these.

I wish I had bought that generator this summer I saw at a garage sale.  Looks like all the freezer contents are going to moved to the cold garage.



a local grocery store lost power and has all their dairy and meat products outside. 

3 out of 5 people don't have power in NH.  things are going to get worse tonight (that's what they're saying).  all the trees are loaded with ice and the wind is picking up.  PSNH is estimating a few days.

Just got electrickery back after it went out about 5 this morning.

Last night was a hell of a night to have the command holiday party.

Base lost power sometime before 3am, we got power back at the school sometime around 10am. House never lost power...

lost power here for about 4hrs.
the birch trees were bent over touching the ground.
about 1pm it warmed up to about 45*,,,
all the ice melted, and the trees stood back up..

We had some of those here. A cluster of three of them downtown looked like a giant peeled banana.

my place is a war zone. trees down everywhere, ice.......lots of ice.
lost power around 3am friday morning.
i bailed for relatives house friday evening when then power still wasnt back.
not going back until i know the heat is working.

hey obsessed... can i come over and check out those clip ons?
