Double check the adjuster bolts at the back of the swingarm.  If they're just a bit too tight you will find the chain too tight in a hundred miles or so, and too lose you'll find the adjuster plates all twisted up in your sprocket/brake rotor.  There should be a torque spec in the link Mitt posted.  I also run a wire tie around the adjuster plate to keep it in place.
