This past October I had some Jackson's small batch in Western Virginia. Very good. Just a small stumble here but lately I'm into a couple of fine single malts. One Japanese,( Yamazaki), and a scotch, Springbank. +1 on the Manhattan's though!

i have heard so many things about PDT, but ive never thought about going there. Supposely everything there is original and fresh and handcrafted since its RSVP or invite only, it never packs up the bartender isnt there to make money through volume but through quality.

That bacon bourbon....jeez. I dont know how that would taste. I mean bacon is great, but drinking it????? And maple syrup....it fits the bill, but  i think cane surgar might be better....but that just me, im not a fan of maple syrup in anything but pancakes...but i wanna try!

Just poured (actually, just finished) the last of my Knob Creek.  'Twas a sad time, indeed, but a good time was had in the drinking.

Oh, so smooth.
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.
