Short day, some clean-up and a dump run, sorting some stuff for the homeowner to look at and hopefully approve, then painting moto parts   ;D

You building the porch?
Yup...

We figured out basically where it was going to end up and got the section in front of the door framed up.

It got too hot and sunny by noon so we knocked off.

Morning  [coffee], but wondering if it will stay down? My college had a happy hour last night and I had 3 beers and now I am hungover and feeling ill. 3 was all it took. No dinner helped I'm sure.

KnightofNi

somehow i was on time for work today.

maybe it had something to do with drinking my dinner. it was too hot in the house to cook, and i had nothing to eat that didn't require the addition of heat. I think LMT is far worse off than i am though.
Life, alas is very drear. Up with the glass and down with the beer!

And the comedy just keeps on coming...

So apparently, my employer has some serious doubts about the person they are wanting to take over my position.
They asked me if I would be willing to work 20-30 hours a week for them administering the system. They said I could do it from home on nights and weekends while they have my "replacement" handle the day to day operations.

I told them $45/hr 1099 and under absolutely no circumstances would I be doing anything during core business hours because of my obligations to my new employer.
I think they're going to bite...

Ducati is the pretty girl that can't walk in heels without stumbling. I still love her.

I think I'm going to strap my Contour on my Z and hit a local road just for S&G.  Should make for some good audio with sound from the Mikuni 6-Pack!

Zilbert - Sounds good, I hope they bite!

The employer isn't required to withhold taxes.
I will be solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes at the end of the year on that income.
