Nah, its not the fault of the person who should've answered the phone that their employer doesnt give a fat rats.  I did remain on hold long after I'd already made the alternative arrangements though.   Just so I could tell 'em.  But they outsmarted me  [bang].

In other fun I (re)learned that when a tree sits back on your saw instead of rolling over into the hinge... its time to RUN LIKE make the beast with two backs  :o [laugh]
