Ducati is the pretty girl that can't walk in heels without stumbling. I still love her.

I am out off beer.

Got reamed a new one at work today. My boss told me that sometimes I looked at her like she was the stupidest person on Earth. Nope. I just don't like it when she reverses decisions I make concerning students that do not show up for bullshit reasons and then expect to get into another class for free.

I also put a student into a class for free. His company is paying us $2,700 for his certificate series. Least I could do was comp him a class that had 40+ others people in it. Not like his not paying would make us lose money on that one. Got in trouble from our CEO on that one.

To top it all off, some nut job called today and cussed at my co-worker. I took the call. Nut job then said the co-worker was a pregnant dog. I offered the caller some other places to get training. She called back and the boss spent 20 minutes on the phone with her and got her into a class for a reduced price. I then was told from now on to transfer those calls to the boss because we wanted good customer service. Told the CEO not everyone that called had to be serviced. Some people are too rude to put up with. We have a difference of opion on that.

Many times differences of Opinion suck.

I have found that most people that react this way usually aren't that far off.

Sorry about the beer.  If you lived closer I would help you out with that. [beer]
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

I did not notice the meter rolled over.  I was going to try and catch it on the even mark.

Total time logged in: 100 days, 7 hours and 26 minutes.

Life goes on.

normally when i'm out this late i have been having drinks and am toasty.

tonight, i'm beat. my normally on top of things friend who is moving to bahstahn tomorrow didn't really start packing until this morning. she still isn't completely packed, and we have almost filled a 20ft uhaul. and there are many errands to run before we hit the road. she will be here in about 5 hours to pick me up so i can drive the truck for her.

this is how being a workaholic affects your friends. ya'll have a good weekend. i still have to pack my clothes for this trip.
Life, alas is very drear. Up with the glass and down with the beer!
