It wasn't a conscious decision.  I was braking way late after a pass and I found I was using it, and it really did help settle the bike down.   I may have to try it again   ;D

BTW, it's raining cats, dogs, mice ... Temp I calculate is around 27°C .. but it feels so cooooooool after almost 7 str8 days of temps averaging 33°C ...

dp, rear brake is the thing I use to be still at stoplights ...

I burned myself with the bike's exhaust ... Not my bike ... another Duc that I was changing oil/filters ... doing some chain retightening and replacing pads ... charged $75 ...
