Isn't it a bit early there?

Not as early as it was a while ago when I woke up to smoke permeating my hotel room.    

Will be a long day/night after working and then being rerouted (around mountains) if the highway (THROUGH the mtns) remains closed.   I need to work on my optimism (vs realism).

Maybe I'll call in sick.

not too sure about bacon beer....

the beer was Saranac...a sampler with Summer Wheat, Summer Ale, Kolsch, and something else..

the food was from a new restaraunt in the neighborhood and we picked up the following

Sirloin Tips
Crab Cakes
Meatloaf w/ Mashed Potatoes
Spring Rolls
Thai Chicken Lettuce Cups
Chocolate Lava Cake,
and I also got for my lunch today their Pistachio Cheese Pizza and a Forno Baked Chicken Quesadilla

all of this free for take out and we have special reservations for a sit down dinner in the place tonight with all food gratis and all we have to do is pay for drinks and tip wait staff appropriately based on what the check should be...I guess it is good to have a new place in the neighborhood that wants to entice and be a part of the community!
