Got a nice ride in last night   [thumbsup]
2000 Monster 900Sie, a few changes
1992 900 SS, currently a pile of parts.  Now running
                    flogged successfully  NHMS  12 customized.  Twice.   T3 too.   Now retired.

I think I need to have a talk with them.
Some people have a hard time making it to work on Mondays.
I found it necsessary to document all their "sick" days on a calender before confronting them and showing them.
That seemed to have more impact.
