evening . . . long day, between discovering that shower is not working, 1/3 of the kitchen is not working, water heater heats about 5 gallons of water and then, cold water . . . dunno if I'll be able to do my 8-5 job and do what I have to do here . . .

Today is the first day I've been able to work in the yard in many months.

More leaves raked. Thats a bit of ice that has been there since November or December



Looking over the fence in the neighbors yard reveals the property corner i didn't know was there. So now I know where 3 of them are. I had to cut some brush out to get back there.

it's the type you use when you have a tub and shower . ..  when you lift the plunger to make water go thru the shower head, it wont it keeps pouring from below . . . electrician comes on Wednesday, plumber comes on Wednesday, cleaning lady will come on Wednesday . . .have appointment at care facility on Thursday and with care giver person on Thursday morning, all this while not going crazy.

Dave, when my shower don't work in Panama, I shut off water, take out the knob, replace rubber washer and seat, re-install and voila shower working again . . . this system here, way over my head, plus, wall needs to be taken care of . . .

Today when she woke up, again, had no idea who I was . ..

That kind of stuff can be the most difficult. I had two Grand Parents do that. I hope my Father doesn't go through that.

thanks for water heater link . . . issue is not so much about $$ but about what to do, gotta fix up apartment to either rent or sale . . .issue, is, my time to be here so things get done . . . if compnay owner knows I am in Miami, he will want me to go to Detroit . . .
