went with lunch's leftover chinese takeout and "made it better" . . . added 2 fried eggs to fried rice and added some peanuts to the pork . . . not bad

I want a pizza and beer SOOOOO badly but a drawer full of veggies (and the cost of previous veggies gone bad and down the disposal) are beckoning.   :P

Seasoned, oven roasted broccoli and cauliflower and a kale salad w/some chicken breast thrown in will be it.  sigh....
