the painkiller . . .  it is an opioid(from opium) and I was being given the max dosage per day allowed, 450mg/day . . .  sort of the same amount they would give Big Ben . . .so ALL of it must leave my body . . . with lotsa water and more water or juices . . . NO  [drink]

I took a prescribed opiod cough syrup one night.  I went to get.  I kept waking up in different rooms of the house with no recollection of how I got there.  That was the first and last time I used that particular syrup.

That's what the cough syrup was supposed to do.  Stop the cough, give me some sleep.  Not sure what compelled me to sleep walk.  Glad I didn't make it outside, it was below freezing that night.
