I'd visit Carlo's moto grill!

I've had a restaurant in my head for years.  I just don't seem to have the money to try and start it.  Got the concept, menu, and all of that worked out.  I'm a decent chef.  Hope the boy likes my cooking!

At least with the new gig, he would be able to put the Squids in the hot oil.  Probably not looked on too favorably at the current job. ;)

Yup-the margin in that line of work is about as small as one can get.

Probably the best margins in that line of work is the guy with the hot dog stand.
