Traffic sucked today. It is the first day of Hemp Fest. 100,000 pot heads in the park near where I drive to and from work. Lighting hit something and we lost power at work right about the time I was leaving. Traffic lights were out.

Took 2 hours and 45 minutes to get the 6 miles home.

First  [drink] of the week is almost gone  [beer]

G'Day LMT.

Long time no see (our paths around here seem not to have crossed much lately).

A six mile drive that slow would certainly generate a sizable Friday evening thirst  [bang]

Thanks!
It's certainly larger than my Dakota was!  I can most definitely fit a child seat in this one.

Yeah-I was fine with my old F250 up until I had to put two kids in and out of the back.

Sold it and got a four door longbed. Great truck. Doesn't fit in any parking spots.  :P
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

I have not posted much as of late. Work is taking up a lot of my brain power. Trying to get offline and read more books. Got a 3 stone sharpening kit - spent under 100 buck on it. Picked through the knifes at Goodwill (American second hand store) and found 8 good ones to practice on.   American football is back on TV too!

My really BIG good new is that I have finally paid off my last student loan!  Class of 1993 and I can now say my BA in Art History is paid for  [laugh] [bang] [bang] [laugh] [laugh] [laugh] [laugh]

Coffee O'Clock here.

It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Ducati is the pretty girl that can't walk in heels without stumbling. I still love her.
