What's going on in the North East this fine day?

Hazy and smokey, thanks to current events in the PNW.

I am down to the coffee pot 6 cup level! Was 12 a few weeks ago, then 10, 8 and now 6. Had my morning cups without milk today.  Gave up the sugar in it years ago.

Starting Monday I will be on a limited food list. No alcohol, grains, dairy, sugar, beans, or corn
:'(.

For one month.  Then I get to reintroduce things to my daily intake and see what happens.

Wish me luck. I have been cutting back on the  [drink] and  [popcorn]. Not sure which one will be harder to give up  :-\

Not sure.  I actually think it's something to do with my classroom. I was fine until I went in and got it set back up.  It flooded from a roof leak a couple years ago, and I'm wondering if there's something moldy going in with the area above the ceiling tiles.
