I drank most of that Amontillado.

No hangover  [thumbsup]
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

And your brother didn't bury you in the basement?
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

I don't even know how you managed that.

How's the rain?

Brute. Strength.
You see when you have the raw power locked away in your skinny arms that I do, you have to be careful.

Also, a 3 lb hammer on a long haft going for glory.

rain is probably over. Lopez is around 50% and still going up

Ducati is the pretty girl that can't walk in heels without stumbling. I still love her.

Morning.

Picked up some nice wire rack shelving-makes unpacking easier.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Late more ning.  [coffee] [coffee]  Woke up not feeling so great. Lucy is under the weather too. At least I got her outside to puke.

Yesterday I helped a friend from college move. I had not seen her in over 20 years. It was a sad situation. Due to some housing issues, she had been staying with friends, way out in nowhere,
living in one small bedroom, with her cat. The house had 3 other cats. Everything reeked of cat piss. The friends were in the middle of a big breakup, and it was not a safe place to be. I was glad to help her get the heck out.

She was able to buy a place in Tacoma - where she used to live, close to her very elderly mother.

She kept bursting into tears. This is a smart, highly educated, proud woman. Yet, she felt so helpless. I think it killed her to ask for moving help.

I did make her promise to give a tour at her work! She works at KUOW, one of our local NPR stations. The tour will include meeting all the on-air people :)  Maybe I can get a new coffee cup out of it.  [coffee]

If any of you ever need help - don't wait, ask. If you are within driving distance, I will be there. Feeling alone is way worse than being alone.
