My neighbors took Lucy to the park and I went to the gym after work. Yes, I joined a gym. My 50+ years make throwing a leg over a bike with a tail bag funny to watch!  Running on the treadmill, lifting some weights, and yoga will help  [thumbsup]

Hydrated here! I do like my job, but some days it makes me drink. My boss is in meltdown mode.
