1964 model here....

My leathers still fit!  I had a custom suit made. It is motivation to stay the same shape.  If anything, I may need them altered smaller.  I am going to swing by Helimot while in CA next weekend.

Push ups rule!

I feel antsy when I don't get in a normal amount of exercise in a day.  Traveling makes things difficult.

(My normal amount consists of a 3-mile jog with the dogs in the morning, a 25+ mile bike ride (could be much longer if I have free time), and a 2-mile walk with the dogs in the evening.  I try to get in resistance exercise too but I'm less consistent about that.)

morning  [coffee]

that's a lot of exercise in a day  :o
i'm not surprised, you're in awesome shape!

i go to the gym 3 times a week and do 45 min of cardio, along with resistance training, and my hour long zumba class once a week.
i also spend a lot of time doing yard work if that counts... (my yard is in noway flat, so it's a lot like hiking)

morning...

all this talk of exercise is making me tired.

Good morning.

I can't remember the last time I ran in the morning on purpose.

Why do roaches always die on their back?

That because the survivors flip them over to steal their sneakers and wallets.

What you doing on your forced vacation?

Le sigh.  :-\

Mother is now nagged to pack a sandwich for his lunches instead of eating at the 24 hour gas stations that he and the other medics usually stop at. He ate relatively well while out here. Except for the pie. And the Waffle House. Mmmmmm waffles.

Alas, he has just boarded his plane. Tomorrow is flight booking day for me to go back out there in December though. Woohoo!
