hey JM...

how's the teaching gig?

Coaching again this year?

Last full day was yesterday!  [beer]  Yup, soccer again in the fall.

I'm likely gonna work with the maintenance crew this summer running mowers and string trimmers for some extra money.  I'm wanting to start building my commuter replacement fund  ;D

Hope all is well in the north!

Heading to Charleston this coming Wednesday  [thumbsup]

the arm feels better until i bend it past 90°  ;D
i'm trying to keep it as straight as possible
it's definitely a pulled tricep, if i press on it, it hurts
and the other one is also sore, but not nearly as bad
i returned to the gym this week after 6 weeks off
and tried to pick up where i left off, duh

thanks for asking :)

today i'm going to try to get all of the weekend's chores done
(which may be hard since i'm on strike)

tomorrow we're going to the litchfield road race
a friend of ours runs in it every year while we hang out on the green and drink  [laugh]
after that, we're going to their house for a bbq

good luck with your shocks! how long is that going to take?

LMT

Sounds great Stew!  Good weather here  8)  Sunny, mid 70's most of the week, then high 60's.

I am off work till about the end of the month.  Getting paid too.  If my stress levels were lower, I might actually enjoy it.  I will manage!
