Brake pads - Any suggestions?

I'm almost at the point of needing to replace the rear pads on my '02 620, and I need some opinions; there are a number of different aftermarket pads available.
What pads should I get?
What pads should I run from screaming?
Should I replace the front and rear at the same time?

I use the bike on the street only(no track days), for running errands, and some group rides on weekends. Some twisties, some superslab, mostly urban.
Thanks

lots of good info if you do a search.i need new pads as well and  ended up ordering some Feordo Platniums (spelling?)Ca-Cycleworks.

someone posted here that chris said that the S2R800 brakes are quite weak and suggest going sintered over organic for the better bite. I am not sure if you have organics or sintered stock though.

I'm using EBC HH on the rear of my bike.  The OEM pads wore fast and were hard on the rotor even though I hardly use the rear brake.  Unfortunately, pad choice is highly subjective.  Fortunately rear pads are not.
