Bah.  I spent over 15 years doing PT with my brothers and sisters in camouflage.  I've done more flutter kicks than I can remember, and more crunches than I wish I could forget.  I say....cookies and pie for all!!!!

Besides, no extra points in the afterlife for six-pack abs.
