New From San Diego and New to the Ducati Community

Hi All-

I just purchased my first Ducati today, a 2009 Monster 696.  I love it!! I also own a Harley Softail Deluxe, but that is a completely different style.  I am hoping to meet some people that ride Ducs as I do not know people at the moment. 

Are there any local clubs in San Diego???

check out the socal local board in the local clubs listings....bunch of folks down your way.
there is also a womens board that many of our smarter members post in on a wide variety of topics.
thats not to say that you shouldnt participate in the larger group as a whole (if you choose)

I  saw a woman riding a pearl white brand new 696 on the 805N this afternoon. Did that happen to be you? I have a red 696 with CF pipes.

That probably was me.  I rode out the 94 then over to Otay Lakes today.  I did see a guy on a red 696 on the 805, he was in the far left lane, I got off on El Cajon Blvd.

Yes that was me. I was riding on the 94E all the way to Potrero and then headed back. I saw you on my mirror but couldn't make out what kind of bike it was until you passed me. Good to see another Duc on the road!

You just missed a Ducati gathering last week.
There's another meet in Incinitas this coming wednesday, let me know if you're interested.
also, there's an all female rider group that you might like. (link below) We do joint ride with them all the time.
