I have to spend about a week in Kingston this August and if I'm going to be there then I might as well check out the local roads. Anybody know if there any decent Bike rental places up there? Any good roads

Thanks for the info. Not sure if I will be able to take my bike, or end up renting something there, but I'm determined to get in some riding while I am there.
