if you like the laser lite, you will like the Max versions. thye offer just a tad bit more protection the fit is very similar and thye last much much longer.   i bought a box of 100 for $30 bucks. pricey but they are make the beast with two backsign awesome.

Something doesn't jive ?

MCN lists the Max Foams for .12 cents a pair which means you should have been able to buy a 100 ( pairs ) for $12 !

thats not including shipping and the fact that i have corded ones.

i can get on and off the bike leave them hanging on my neck and not lose them or get them nasty in my pockets. ( i have an earplug holder, but ill probably lose that too)

actual price was $17 bucks, shipping was 9.95. so if you could find it in stores for $17, thats  .17 a pair. and the fact that its corded cost a bit more.

Having them on a cord is definitely worth a little more per pair. My Air Soft are corded and they are so much easier to deal with.

DarkMonster620

Ducati is the pretty girl that can't walk in heels without stumbling. I still love her.

I have a set of molded earplugs that i had bought for shooting a while back that work great for riding. Im not sure what the price is for them now, but they were made by ear defenders in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA

Düb Lüv

after stumbling across this thread i bought some foam earplugs to try out. after going on a short ride with them, i decided they are not for me. i felt uncomfortable wearing them. i wasn't uncomfortable wearing them in my ears, just not being able to hear any surrounding noises.

I tried my custom molded plugs with 25 db filters and found them to be WAY too isolating. Very disconcerting. I'm going to try 15 db next.
