I won this item. first of all , is there fake ducati leather jacket? It's just awsome deal and I want to think about one more before sending money.

my chest size is 38 inch. I am 6'1" 180 lbs guy and by the sizing chart, even small is big for me.
I like wearing fit clothes so I usually wear M for regular clothes (CK, banana, perry ellis)

any experience with ducati leather jacket?

scduc

I do not have any personal experience with thier leather, I believe that Ducati has Dainese make most of their jackets. If this is a Dainese, I would feel confident about the purchase. Hit their web site and see if you can find this perticular jacket.
08' S2R 1K   That was close  damn near lost a $400 hand cart.

Unfortunately it's hard to tell from what's posted if it's fake or not. But the price is suspect and what's the deal with $50 to ship it?

As scduc said, the "official" Ducati jackets are made by Dainese, in Italy. One thing you might want to watch for with a copy is the stitching at the seams. Low-cost jackets might claim to be "all leather or cow-hide", but that doesn't mean that they're well-made. Typically they have a single stitched or a semi-double stitched seam, which may come apart if you have a spill. The other thing you should really look for is the protective armour or padding being used. You might end-up with a jacket that looks great but shouldn't be trusted for a lot of protection. Just my $0.02; and I hope you get a good one!

I'm sorry to inform you but that is not a genuine Ducati  leather Jacket.

1) I've never seen that Jacket
2) Ducati sizes don't match the size conversions  i.e., w, Ducati a size 44 is a XL, 46 is a XXL, 48 is a XXXL, a 50 is a XXXXL
3)Otherwise they would be in Euro sizes that convert to US sizes like 54/44, 56/46, 58/48, 60/50 for instance.
4)Ducati does not have any leather Jackets sized larger than Euro 62/US52

Sorry to rain on your parade but that's one of the main problems w, Ebay and the under educated shoppers.

Try to be more informed before you bid next time by asking first .............not after .

Well, granted it may not be a genuine article, but it's a decent price if the quality is at least half decent...
