Clint Shobert, son of racer Bubba Shobert, will return to college and medical school and has decided to end his racing career.

Sure, it's sad to see another racer leave, but I can't say that college and medical school are a bad thing.

Absolutely agree. If he'd chosen to get an education because that's what he wanted rather than because racing in the US is FUBAR then that would have been preferable, that's the shame of it.
