If I had spare cash to burn I'd do it!

No question; I'm watching it now.  All depends on the closing price, but I have a feeling it will be out of my comfort zone before too long.

seems like maybe the turn signals would work better facing forward though?

I saw the turn signal thing too.  Also, how hard do you think it'd be to get used to shifting with the right foot?

I know a few people down in that area if you want me to ask them to go check it out.
And the sugar fountain fairy swore so hard when she came to super-size that stale hope soybean; liiiike a homeless German woman. Who is this super-sizing spirit-crushing femme? And tell her I'll break a tree root up in her shrimp.

Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw thatâ€"it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.

Few bikes of that era even had turn signals so those may be some sort of add on or weird Italian design attempt at the time. They might even be intentionally faced rearward even though they be front mounted.

The right side shift one up three down is not too hard to get used to.  Oddly enough the left rear brake was harder for me to adapt to when I was jumping back and forth between Japanese bikes and British bikes back in the Stone Age.
No modification goes unpunished. Memento mori.  Good people drink good beer.  Things happen pretty fast at high speeds.

It's all up to your will level, your thrill level and your skill level.  Everything else is just fluff.

So AutoSource ended up with that KTM.  See they drank the Limited Special Edition Kool Aid too.  [laugh] [laugh]  Rare maybe but not a special edition.

You know people ever'where.

If someone is truly close and interested n checking it out, that would be spectacular, but there's only 2 days left on the auction, and it's middle-of-nowhere northern TN.

Don't know if you ever knew him, but Sammy (one of Anne's friends) lives in Johnson City. An old friend of mine from pre-military days lives near there as well. He's into cafe bikes, so...

That's just crazy!  That's like saying you know two people in, umm, Johnson City, NY.  Which I do.  I need to sit down now.

So where are you headed to?

You do know that you can always ship it on Uncle's dime, right?

Going to Fort Polk, LA to train some folks for a while. Should be a nice change of pace.

We used the gubment to ship to the island, but me being bike less is a temporary thing. This is to cover expenses and soforth.
